2. How do I shop with your online store?
Shopping with us just requires you to use the online store. You can have your music shipped to you or self-collect at our physical vinyl record store. You just select accordingly when you check out on our online record store here.
Shipped purchases will see your vinyl records will be shipped in new custom-made mailer boxes. We do not use recycled mailer boxes for vinyl records. The mailer boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. So you can rest assured that your vinyl records will arrive in great condition.
3. How long will it take for my LP/order(s) to ship?
We ship within 2 working days (often less than that). Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays are excluded as there is no courier pick-up. We partner with reputable and efficient courier companies such as NinjaVan and DHLeCommerce. So you will receive the best possible delivery experience while waiting for the delivery of your vinyl records. All your purchases will come with a tracking number if you opt for shipping.
We will use an alternative courier if DHL eCommerce or NinjaVan doesn’t cover your postcode/address.
We pack all our vinyl record orders into new vinyl mailer boxes.
4. Can I order a vinyl record or title/product that is currently not listed in your store?
Yes, you can. Our suppliers have a vast media catalogue of vinyl records, CDs and cassette tapes. Contact us with the title and format (LP, CD, SACD, Tape)
and we will get back to you with the pricing and availability.
We require a deposit for confirmed orders.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel order before it is shipped. Orders are considered shipped once the shipping labels are generated.
All cancellations are subject to a (minimum) cancellation fee of RM15. Please contact us for the fee amount if your order is above RM500. Alternatively, you can change your order to another title(s) of equal or greater value.
6. How do you grade your used LPs?
We follow the Goldmine Standard which is what Discogs uses in its marketplace. Please go to our link here for more info on grading.
7. Do you ship overseas?
We ship overseas. But please email us at info@hardgraftreords.com for payment options and shipping charges. In some cases, shipping overseas (outside Malaysia) will require using FedEx. Additional charges are involved. The default shipping method is International Parcel Post where a tracking number is available as a standard.
8. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

9. How accurate are the product images on the site?
We work hard to make sure that the images on the site reflect the actual products we sell. Colour variations are inevitable when viewing online content.
