1. Hard Graft Records? (who, when, where)
Hard Graft Records is an independent record store (both online and a physical brick-and-mortar store). We were established in 2012 and have been selling vinyl records (or vinyl LPs as they are sometimes called), CDs, cassettes, and merchandise to music fans and collectors since then. 2. How long will it take for my LPs/orders to ship?
We ship within 2 working days (often less than that). Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays are excluded as there is no courier pick-up. We ship exclusively with DHL eCommerce. In some rare instances where DHL eCommerce doesn’t cover your postcode/address, we will use an alternative courier.
All orders are deemed fulfilled once they have been dispatched. An email with the tracking number for the order will be sent once it has been dispatched. All our LPs are packed into new (i.e. not recycled) dedicated vinyl mailer boxes.

3. Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes we do. But customers in East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan) are encouraged to buy from our official Shopee store to get better shipping rates.

4. Can I order a title/product that is currently not listed in your store?
Yes, you can. Our suppliers have a vast media catalogue. Email us at info@hardgraftrecords.com with the title and format (LP, CD, SACD, Tape)
and we will get back to you with the pricing and availability. This includes band merchandise as well, such as collectibles, t-shirts,
coffee mugs etc. Do note that we require a deposit for confirmed orders.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, but it has to be before the order is shipped. Orders are considered shipped once the shipping labels are generated. All cancellations are subject to a (minimum) cancellation fee of RM15. If you order is above RM500, please contact us for the fee amount. Alternatively, you can change your order to another title(s) of equal or greater value.

6. How do you grade your used LPs?
We follow the Goldmine Standard which is what Discogs uses in its marketplace. Please go to this link for more info on grading.

7. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. Please email us at info@hardgraftreords.com for the payment options and shipping charges.

8. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?
If you have a problem at any point please contact us at info@hardgraftrecords.com.

9. How accurate are the product images on the site?
We work hard to make sure that the images on the site reflect the actual products we sell. Colour variations are inevitable when viewing online content. Please note that alternative artwork may sometimes be used. If you need further clarification, please contact us at info@hardgraftrecords.com before ordering.
